Dr. Shalini Varma

I was researching progressive and friendly obstetricians after unsatisfactory experiences with doctors / hospitals and came across dr. Varma. Delivering under here and being in her care towards the end of my pregnancy was the best decision ever. She is a brilliant doctor and an ethical person. Impeccable communicator who makes it a point to communicate clearly to the patient. I felt supported and assured under her care. She also encourages patient agency and I had the most brilliant labour and delivery with her updates and looping me into decision making. She is a superb team leader and I really appreciate how she led her entire team during the delivery. She is friendly and I can't thank her enough for my fantastic experience and quick recovery. If you live anywhere close to vashi don't think about consulting her for gynecology/ obstetrics.

Dr Shalini is absolutely amazing ,I had consulted her for family planning and she was patient enough to explain how to go about and the next time I visit her I was already 1month pregnant. I was under her supervision for 7 months and then had to go to my mom's place but her assurance was the best .My baby had developed certain complexity in the 5th month of my pregnancy ,the radiologist asked me flatly to abort the child but with Dr Shalini's assurance I went ahead with the pregnancy and today my child is almost 6 years.she is a gem.

Dr Shalini, no words for you, just a line You are THE BEST. Be it your knowledge or friendliness or way of treating your patients. I have never seen any gynaecologist responding so quick over email. Everytime we visited you, you put smile 😊 on our face be it pre delivery or Post.

Dr. Shalini Varma explains every minute details to the patient. She helps the patient in relieving stress and makes them comfortable. However big the problem is by her explanation she makes the patient understand and realise the gravity. Would always love to refer such a humble personality.

Doctor was extremely friendly and went out of her way to help me with any queries I had. I consulted with her throughout my pregnancy. She was supportive and encouraging. She helped us make decisions by putting forth all the pros and cons. During my long labour, she was present all the time and helped us through a time that was very scary for us.
